RYMS (Redeemer Youth Ministries)

6th & 7th Grade VBS Team
(students entering 6th & 7th Grades in Fall 2007)
This team will study the Bible stories, and then create and plan the Morning Opening—the skits, devotions, offering, and music for each morning. There’ll be opportunities for everyone: behind the scenes, ushers, lighting, actors, prop design,. You name, it, there’ll be a place for you! Ask a friend to join you for this exciting week!

RYMS Helpers (8th Grade & Up)
(students entering 8th Grade & Up in Fall 2007)
Be one of 3 teams: Recreation/Games, Snacks/Kitchen, or Special Projects. Come on Sunday, August 6, to choose your team, begin working (having fun), and getting ready for Monday. Ask a friend to join you for this exciting week!

RYMS Schedule for Vacation Bible School
Sunday, Aug. 12, 5:30-8:00 PM
(We’ll get ready for Monday. Pizza dinner provided!)
Monday-Friday, Aug. 13-17, 8:30 AM-Noon
(we come a half hour early and stay a half hour late to help with set up and clean up)
Thursday afternoon, 11:30-1:00 PM, lunch provided
(we’ll help with set up for the Outdoor Movie Night)
Thursday evening, 5:30-9:30 PM
(we’ll help with the worship service and the Family Movie Night following the service)

Youth may also choose to teach or assist in a classroom. If you're interested in this, please let us know as soon as possible.

Registration
Complete the Vacation Bible School registration form and return it to the church office. Please call 684-3989 to have one mailed to you.

There is no cost to participate in Vacation Bible School.

RYMS is about praising God and serving God, but it’s also about friends getting together. A day at Mt. Olympus is a great chance for you to hang out with Redeemer Youth Ministries. Come to Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park and enjoy roller coasters, go-carts, and water rides for everyone.

What is Mt. Olmypus?
They call it Wisconsin Dells’ only MEGA-PARK meaning that there’s outdoor water rides, indoor water rides, amusement park rides, roller coasters, go-carts, batting cages, and more. Go to www.mtolympusthemepark.com to check it out!

Schedule
7:15 AM Meet at church (Please eat breakfast before coming to church)
7:30 AM Bus leaves
10:30 AM Arrive at Mt. Olmypus
Waterslide, amusement rides, park fun, and lunch (provided)
5:45 PM Meet inside park
6:00 PM Leave park, dinner stop on return trip
Between 9:30-10:00 PM Return to church

Cost = $25 per person includes ticket, bus ride, lunch, and chaperones. Registration due by Friday, August 17. SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE.
